For those not involved in an arts organization or who have not heard of his work, Michael Kaiser is known as a premier "turn-around expert" who has taken several organizations on the brink of collapse to new heights of success.  His website, www.artsmanager.org, is a great resource for managers and executives of any not-for-profit organization.
